• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Panel Mail Group Issue

MalvinR

New Pleskian
Hi List,
Its been several months had passed since we discover the issue on Plesk Panel Mail Group forwarding. We have several emails accounts which we create from our Parallel Plesk Panel and mostly are email accounts which we use as Group Email Address for company projects. We can view on Plesk Panel group email forwarding that the correct list of members are correct but when we check it on Mailenable Mail Redirection textbox, some of the email address are not included and we learned from the users that some of them do not receive emails sent to that group email. How could it happen that from Plesk Panel the expected recipients are included but in Mailenable Mail Redirection textbox they are not included? Could that be a bug on Mailenable or only compatibility issue only of Plesk & Mailenable?

Sometimes also we encounter a double comma symbol inserted on Mailenable Webmail Mail Redirection textbox, could that be a bug or compatibility issue only of Plesk & Mailenable as well?

We will appreciate your good advise.

Regards,
Malvin
