Issue Plesk phpmyadmin #1932 - Table doesn't exist in engine problem

I moved the /var/lib/mysql directory to a different server for server failure.
Tables that I flagged in the picture.
Can you help me with this?

how exactly was data moved? rsync?

is the version of MySQL that same between the two?

OS + SQL version = Centos + Mairadb 11
moved as folder

Chown everything as root.root?

Did you copy all the ib files too?

All files have been copied without problems.
