Hello,

i run a Rocky Linux 8.10 with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64 since a couple of weeks, because the EOL of CentOS

Today i found out the webmail isn't working anymore.
When re-activating Roundcube in the webmail settings this isn't working and the box become unchecked again when activating.

Hello, @Sahi . Judging by the provided screenshot it looks like Roundcube is already enabled. Note that the checkbox won't remain ticked when you click on "Enable". The indicator is the green checkmark. Regarding the webmail not working, please provide additional details like what actions you are performing, any error messages, etc.

I used to have a link to the webmail with an icon


And the link http://webmail.xxx.nl/roundcube

gives me a

Thank you for the update, @Sahi. Could you please run the following command:

dnf install plesk-roundcube

Let us know if the output indicates Roundcube is already installed or if it attempts to install it. Thanks in advance.
