Plesk Showing Error on Login Screen

Upgraded from 9.5.3 to 10.0 and now we are unable to login it say

ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'

Are you sure that your MySQL server is running and accessible for connections?

YES THATS running should i reconfigure mysql? if yes than what port what username and password

MySQL psa database should be accessible as it is described in KB article http://kb.odin.com/en/3472

HOW TO CONFIGURE For MS Access DB provider (JET)? because previously it was psa.mdb now its auto using mysql how i configure ms access?

Did you read provided KB article? Where is key "PLESK_DATABASE_PROVIDER_NAME" on your screenshot?

its say Jet but than why its looking for mysql?

i removed mysql_db_port now it say

Jet is not listed in reconfiguration Plesk may i know why? and how i can make it listed so error goes off
