• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Stop all network service by itself

Alexey_Shpak

Basic Pleskian
Hello.

We use Plesk 10.4 on Centos 6.

And we decide to upgrade Centos to cloud linux

2.6.32-379.19.1.lve1.2.7.el6.x86_64

CloudLinux Server release 6.3

It worked correctly, but sometimes (2 incedents) plesk stopped all network services (ssh, apache, postfix, etc).

Where I could find problem?

VmWare ESXi 5.0 (licensed)

But we have another plesk-server with plesk-cloud-linux on physical server. And we haven't this problem.

Is it virtualization problem?

I'm not sure about VmWare ESXi 5.0 but I saw this on Virtuozzo VPSses when kernel sent graceful SIGTERM (Signal 15) to processes in VPS due to lack of resources for all VPSes on hardware node.
In your case it should be seriously investigated directly on your server. I suggest you contact Support Team if you can't find a reason by yourself. Experienced supporters will perform detailed investigation directly on your server.
