  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk stoped working-where to look for a problem?

VojkanC

Basic Pleskian
A fresh installed Plesk v. 12.0.18 stopped working (no login form in web browser), including web, db and email services.
I could ping and SSH to server.
Even a Server reset didn't help.

What made it work again was Restart by entering /etc/init.d/psa restart .

Afterwards I logged into Plesk and tried to find out what have happened by looking at
Server/Plesk/Action Log

I didn't find anything useful in there.
Control Panel Error log: /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log file is empty and
Control Panel Panel log:/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log doesn't have any useful information (no times and actions).

How can I find out why did Plesk stop working?
