Plesk Stops Smartermail Services -- HELP

Hi,

Please can i get some assistance with this.
Whenever i create a new email through the plesk cpanel 8.4 and 8.6 for windows , it creates the email , then stops the smartermail 5.5 services.

I have to then Remote to the server and start these services again. This is becomming most annoying as you can imagine.

Please can someone assist with a fix of somesort.
