  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

We bought a Plesk ticket however received no support while waiting over 3 hours on the phone. Can we get a refund ? Also what support options are available where we can reach Parallels technical help. Please we need this urgent service. I have had no luck creating a ticket or speaking to anyone from Paralles. We are really getting frustrated. If there's no Plesk help, we will have to find a technical team experst that can assist us when needed until we find an alternative to Plesk. Somebody please respond
