  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade Parallels Plesk Panel from version 5.11.30 to version 12.0.18 and we are getting the following warning:

The connection to the MySQL server is working. We tested the connection with the following command:

Anyone else having this same problem or anyone know how to solve?
 
Somewhere in the upgrade instructions I saw a mention that you might need to restart the mysql server. I can't locate that text right now.

Thanks for your reply, but the MySQL service has been restarted and the warning remained.
