Plesk wont start

Im getting psa starting failed error always when im trying to start plesk, i cant see any error also in /var/log/messages

[root@storage init.d]# ./psa start
Starting xinetd service... done
Starting named service... done
Starting mysqld service... done
Starting qmail service... done
Starting courier-imap service... done
Starting postgresql service... not installed
Starting psa-spamassassin service... done
Starting Plesk... failed

where i have to check this error?

Many have seen this error, as far as I know no solution.
Are you by any chance on CentOS 4.5? Doing an upgrade from 8.1.x? Are you on Virtuozzo?

Im using CentOs 4.3 and Plesk 8.2.... is not a vps box.....
