  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Poll ! What do you think of the support of SWSoft ? Seems to me a lot of questions get asked, but never answered, but maybe that is just an incorrect feeling I have...

Questions here are about the SWSoft support in general, which means possible free support on the SWSoft hosted fora, paying support via contracts, direct questions asked to SWSoft by phone or e-mail, whatever.

Good idea. I think support need to know how many people they don't give a good responce to. I have had tickets pushed asside that were important to me that they deemed unimportant.

I don't want to be negative about their products as they are great, but the greatness of a company isn't it's product, it's the service behind the sale that counts all the way to the bank.
