• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Possible problem with PTR

I have Plesk Onix with two IP and two sites, one IP for each site. One of the emails returns with the following error:

The main site Procode IP 144.217.87.174 and the other, adrianareyespropiedades.com IP 144.217.101.206.
But the second emails come with the name of the main domain and if I analyze it in Mail-tester.com I get that:

Your IP address 144.217.101.206 is associated with the domain ip206.ip-144-217-101.net.
However, your email seems to have been sent from procode.com.uy.

You may want to change your DNS pointer entry (PTR type) and the host name of your server to the same value.

Here are the values tested for this test:

IP: 144.217.101.206
HELO: procode.com.uy
rDNS: ip206.ip-144-217-101.net


Do you have any idea what can happen with this that you do not configure?
 
Hi Marcosrijo,

Looks like you are using OVH; in this case, you need to change PTR record in OVH personal account.
