  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

--------------------------------------------------------------
My customer want to send emails to his customer there have more as one mx record but postfix is using always the one with the highest prio.

settings main.cf:
smtp_mx_session_limit = 5

settings master.cf:
smtp inet n - - - - smtpd
-o smtp_mx_session_limit=5

I find out that some admins configure more as 1 mx record but only one is real the others are fake to get so much spam emails, like 3 mx records 1=fake, 2 real , 3 = fake and the most bots trying the 1st and 3rd but never the 2nd.

update!

So i found out something....

I have one hostname but 2 IPs on my system.

When i using an email account from my primary ip address i can send email to this special address when i send a email from a account that is configured on my 2nd Ip address i get: host mail.****.com[**.**.**.**.**] said: 451 4.1.8 Possibly forged hostname for "MY2NDIPADDRESS" (in reply to RCPT TO command)

But when i'm checking a customer on 2nd IP and one of my domains with 1st IP on mxtoolbox.com everything is fine.

My customer told me that their sending everyday an email to their customer but onyl since this week their have issues.

The only changes i did is to installed Plesk 10.4.4, so i think something is now wrong with my system but i can't find it.

regards
Marcus
