PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

DKIM spam protection setting is missing under Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings

when i try to enable DMARC i get the following Error message

"Unable to change settings for DMARC. To enable this option, please switch on DKIM and SPF spam protection."

according to mail-tester.com DKIM is enabled and working SPF spam protection is also turned on

-0.1	DKIM_SIGNED	Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily valid This rule is automatically applied if your email contains a DKIM signature but other positive rules will also be added if your DKIM signature is valid. See immediately below.

0.1	DKIM_VALID_AU	Message has a valid DKIM or DK signature from author's domain Großartig! Ihre Signatur ist gültig und sie kommt von der Domain

SPF_PASS

SPF: sender matches SPF record Wunderbar! Ihr SPF-Eintrag ist gültig.

under Start > Abonnements > domain.com > Websites & Domains under E-Mail and then E-Mail Settings there is no option to enable to use DKIM for the specific domain which was there before the 18.0.23 Update

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Goto Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings and click on "Enable DMARC to check incoming mail" hit save

ACTUAL RESULT

Unable to change settings for DMARC. To enable this option, please switch on DKIM and SPF spam protection.

EXPECTED RESULT

DMARC should be activated and working

Could you, please, make a screenshot with the bottom of Mail Server Settings (with DMARC, DKIM and SPF sections)?

DKIM Option is missing, so no option to enable it

Hi, Werner99. Bug confirmed (PPP-47261), thank you very much! As a temporary workaround, until we fix this bug, can suppose to turn it on using CLI:

plesk bin mailserver --sign-outgoing-mail true
plesk bin mailserver --verify-incoming-mail true
plesk bin mailserver --enable-dmarc

Just FYI when bug tracing / sourcing, we do NOT have this issue (after the latest #1 Micro-update) but we've not needed to make any changes, so that might be why (see here)
