  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi, after adding a new domain to the panel, I've tried to previewing it, the response has been that the page caonnot be found. I have checked the other domains in that host and have seen that the behaviour is the same.

Any advice???

Regards in advance.

please check that webmail.domain.com is resolved (domain.com - your domain name)

from linux box you can check:

avsokolov@fl1:~$ host webmail.domain.com
webmail.domain.com has address 72.5.54.115

from windows server, use nslookup system utility

if it is not resolved, check your dns server configuration in Plesk CP -> Domains -> domain.com -> DNS setting
you should have webmail.domain.com record.

It's not a DNS problem, the DNS records have not yet been changed to the new server, It is a server side problem, in another domains qith updated DNS records occurs the same problem.

i'm probably way off base here, but the only previewed pages that i've ever been able to see thru the control panel was the home page.

Hello Xabier Bayon,

Does your server work behind the NAT?

hello, Please check that default domain is set in Plesk -> Server->IP addresses->click on column under hosting , choose some domain and click on" set as default".
