  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem in Receiving Emails

Man888

New Pleskian
Hi All,

I am a newbie and am sorry if I post it in a wrong area. I used parallels for several years without any problems. But recently my website got rooted badly. I restored all the functions except the email. Currently I have 10 company emails. 7 of 10 work fine. Only 3 company emails cannot receive emails from outsider users (but I can send out emails through those 3 email accounts). For example, if I use a hotmail account to send an email to my company email (those 3 emails), I will receive the following codes from hotmail. Would you please tell me what I should do to fix it? Many thanks for your help in advance!

Man
