Issue Problem with creating a new subdomain

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with my Plesk 17.5.3 Installation because I can't create any new subdomains on it.

Every time I try it, it says the same as on this Thread: Issue - Error: The component AWStats was not installed.

I have tried the Solution that @IgorG gave with

# plesk sbin php_handlers_control --reread

and restarted the Server, but it doesn't bring any improvement.

Informations about Server/Plesk:

Host: OVH VPS SSD 1
Version: Plesk Onxy 17.5.3
OS: Debian 8.9
