  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem with mobile api after migration 10.4.4>11.5.30

Paul Tog

New Pleskian
Hello,

yesterday i completed a full migration of my server from version 10.4.4 to 11.5.30 using Migration Manager.
The old server had the mobile api connector installed and working just fine. I had my Android phone connected and monitored the stats.
Now on the new server, although the referring page shows correctly, the folder /usr/local/psa/var/modules/plesk-mobile doesn't exist. Thus, the mobile application cannot connect to the new server.

If i run
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bin/extension --uninstall plesk-mobile
i get the response Module plesk-mobile is not installed.

If u run
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bin/extension --install plesk-mobile
i get the response Unable to open source file. File not exists.

What can i do to resolve this? i really need to keep an eye on the cpu & ram as it is a new machine and problems may arise.

Thank you in advance

Regards

Paul
