Problem with new account creation

Unfortunately I could not find a solution on this forum so have to open a new thread.

We started to get 500 Error message when we try to create a new accpunt in Plesk Web hosting control panel. Here is the info from Plesk log:

OS: CentOS 6.5 (Final) 64bit.
Panel version: 11.5.30 Update #48,

Hello,

Than you for the link, but we could not solve this problem.
There is really no any files and folders in /usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/. This folder is clean. However the list of applications on our server contains 77 items. Some of these applications have old version and we cannot download them from http://dev.apsstandard.org/apps/, some of them are missing in http://dev.apsstandard.org/apps/ at all.

Please advise.

you could try first the following in Plesk Control Panel:

Tools & Settings > Application Vault > Clear Cache

Afterwards, you could check, if the following KB - article helps to solve your issue ( even if you didn't upgraded recently! ):
