Problem with open_basedir

Hello to everybody!

I have problem with open_basedir value.

Every time I opened a new subscription I get :
" open_basedir restriction in effect. File .... is not within the allowed path(s): ({WEBSPACEROOT}/:{TMP}/) in Unknown on line 0, referer: .... "


Can you tell me what are the default values in php.ini ? Also If I put these values, my problem will fix?
