  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem with spam + mail accounts

Hi there,

I have a cloud server with plesk 11.0.9. and I have activated Spam Assassin server-wide (with no individual domain settings).

With one domain I have 4 different e-mail accounts. At one account (the main account "info") I find my spam mails in the spam folder of Horde, all is fine. In the other 3 accounts, however, NO spam is filtered and all spam mails are delivered to my smartertrack account. I don't know why one account filters my spam and the others don't. I have already set the spam-assassin settings to 5.0, but with no success.

What am I doing wrong? There are not a hell of different settings, so it's strange...
