Problems with Acronis

I have installed Acronis Lite and uploaded the key so far so good,but when i want to enable the module it says "Please check that True Image Server is properly installed and configured. Check also that serial number is valid" what the Fu*k is wrong.Exuse me for use of that word but i got help from Acronis Tech Support and not from SW.What am i doing wrong here?
 
This forum sucks so do SWSoft i have tried for many days to tell them that the key is rejected and this forum is for the pros.Thank god not every forum is like this.I have spent over 2000 dollars for zero support and must be a linux expert and PLESK expert to mange the server.I didnt think it was so difficult when i bought PLESK.What do i do to get some help here?
 
you can charge him now 2000 $ for great Linux Administrator advice :p
 
As a piece of advice, always check the forum for similar problems and definitely the kbase (the documentation is a good start point too), before posting a message in the forum.

This forum is great. Its not like a paid support tech (which you can hire for 100$ a hour from Plesk) but it helps a lot and its free.
