  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problems with outgoing email spam

Hi community, I have a really big problem with the outgoing email, ALWAYS take SPAM. I'm using roundcube (0.8.6) to webmail service form y clients.
I have the same problem if I send a mail via Roundcube, or PHPMailer or using a email client like Thunderbird with the good smtp configuration.

I'm using Postfix as mail server.

- My vps IP is not on black lists.
- Is not the subject or body of message.


I have little knowledge of mail server. Thanks you all and sorry for my english, I'm Spanish

Do you mean your all mails are landing in spam ?

I will suggest you setup the SPF record for your domain and also setup the PTR record for your server, Your server provider will help you to setup the PTR
