Problems with qmail using PLESK

hello,

I'm new to PLESK, so please be patient with me :)

I have some problems using qmail with plesk.
I'm able to send emails via perl-script (using qmail) from a domain hosted on my new PLESK- Server to emailadresses of domains which are NOT hosted on this new server. If I try to send an email to a emailadress of a domain hosted by the new server, it doesn't work. The perl-script doesn't return an error - but the email doesn't reach the target either.
What can I do to make it work?
