Problems with sendmail from website (Wordpress)

I'm trying to recover the admin password from wordpress installation, but i have an error that says

No se pudo enviar el correo electrónico
Posible razón: Tu alojamiento puede tener desactivada la función mail()

It menas:

Could not send email
Possible reason : Your host may have disabled the mail () function

In the file /var/log/maillog has this errors:

Nov 5 22:32:26 plesk journal: plesk sendmail[752]: Unable to rename '/usr/local/psa/handlers/spool/message6PNtIX' file: Permission denied

Nov 5 22:32:26 plesk journal: plesk sendmail[752]: System error (/usr/local/psa/handlers/spool/message6PNtIX): No such file or directory

Nov 5 22:32:26 plesk journal: plesk sendmail[754]: Unable to open temporary file `/usr/local/psa/handlers/spool/message6PNtIX' (2): No such file or directory

What it means? I'm blocked. (I have spend a lot of time searching in google)

Finally i solved the issue.
If php is ejecuted with FPM, this work perfect, but, if it is ejecuted by FCGI this dont work.
