Problems with the Design layout/templates

I am trying to load "any" of the design templates and having the same problem with them all. In the Preview window every design has the "sub category" (showing all the pages on the webpage) going down the left side of the page.. some of them go across the top etc. But most commonly they go down the left hand of the webpages.
Once I load a page to use as my design.. I do not get the sub categories on the page. This happens with any design I choose. It also will not even let me add any text or the links to each page myself. Nothing can go there.
How can I get this fixed?
My website is www.Makayla-annDesigns.com if you want to see what I am saying. It will show up in my "eshop" (or what I have it saying "Jewelry Store" page, but none of the other pages. Does anyone else have this problem?

No Sidebar

I am having the same issues with all of the templates. Adding a "page" will show up at the top (and bottom) of the website, but it does not add it to the sidebar and I can't see any option to add it there. Been spending the better part of a day trying to figure out what is wrong. Frustrating.

Still no answer. I'm needing the same answer for template av-195. The category section is not an editable area.

I also thought that was a problem with the templates. The only I have been able to figure out is, that side bar is used only for sub pages on your site. For instance I have a page names products: from that i have sub pages named blinds, draperies... etc. These were added at the design stage of the process. When i go to the products page. links to the sub pages show up in that side bar..
It is annoying not to be able to use that space!!! Hope this helps
