ProductCart Installation Errors - Internal Server Error

I am trying to install ProductCart on a Windows Server that is running Parallels 9.3 (Plesk). I am getting Internal Server Errors that are haulting my progress.

Whenever I enter a DB connection string and click Run Tests, it gives me an Internal Server Error EVERYTIME!

I do not know if this is an issue with ASP settings on the server or what. Does anyone have any ideas?
