psa dead after update to 8.2

hi guys,
our system is a suse linux 9.3 with plesk 8.1.1. during uptade to 8.2 ( just the 4 basic packages ) plesk stopped.
since then: the control panel is dead even after server reboot.

i tried to look it up and allready removed the subsystem lock. the httpsd_error.log just show a [Mon Aug 6 10:48:25 2007] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down

the httpsd.conf was just 1KB large so i have gut one from the backup.

restarting psa via console runs trough with Starting Plesk failed.

i have recovered a wrong httpsd.conf file.

after getting one from version 8.1.0
/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/

server started smoothly.

Do you still have the httpsd.conf file ?? because i didn't made a backup and now plesk config. panel is not starting anymore ...

can anybody help me ?
