  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Qmail IPV6 support?

WielM

New Pleskian
IPV6 address e-mails are not processsed by qmail, it does not recognize the IPV6 address.
On internet I read that there are patched versions of Qmail that support IPV6. Any way to replace my Qmail install with such a patched verrsion? Why doesn't Plesk support this version of Qmail as most sites nowadays will support IPV6?

We never support "patched", beta, pre-released, etc. versions of third-party software, only official releases.
For IPv6 support, please use Postfix MTA in Plesk.
