Qmail slow and doesn't deliver messages

So I should have known better. I upgraded to 8.3. *sigh*

Now it seems that Qmail is slow to respond for my main domain and fails to deliver messages on any new domain. I do not use mailboxes. All email is forwarded.

I've run the mchk without any luck. I've also tried installing the mysql client libraries as I found in this thread. I do have mysql 5.x installed.

I don't see anything odd in the /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog. The server isn't using much cpu or ram.

OS is Fedora Core 6.

Any ideas?

typical things are:
DNS issue, RBL`s and http://kb.swsoft.com/en/1477

do also check your server_args in the smtp_psa

I looked over that article. I do have a trigger.

I'll take a look at RBL stuff. DNS hasn't been a problem for the rest of the site(s).
