  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use Plesk Backup on a Windows Server 2003 Standard setup and use Plesk Restore on a Windows Server 2008 OS?

I tried it and it doesn't seem to work. The sites/domains do not function that are copied by Plesk Backup/Restore.

If anyone knows the easiest way, and most effective way to copy/migrate a Plesk install on a win2k3 system to a Plesk install on a win2k8 system, can you please write? :))
