• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

questions about required fields

nucknuck

Basic Pleskian
hello,

I need a little bit of help.
If I create a new customer within my administration account I usually only enter a username and a start password.
Because I know all my "customers" (family, friends) I want them to make the entries of their contact data.

Now my problem:

At the first login the customer is only asked for a phone number as required field.

How to change more or all of the fields as required fields?

Thank you very much for reading.
Marcus

Not sure that it is possible because it is hardcoded.

If it is really hardcoded it seems as there is no chance.

But isn´t it very important for service provider for example?
Of course a customer can write whatever he/she wants - but there should be an entry. Set by customer as required field or set by me and with the option that the fields can´t be edited anymore.
