• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

I'm new to Plesk 10 so I have a few questions about sitebuilder .

1. Since SiteBuilder comes installed with Plesk 10 do I need a SiteBuilder license too? If not, whats the domain limit for sitebuilder ?

2. If I want to remove sitebuilder whats the process ? I saw this post http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=106677 but the command

msiexec /x {BB7CF606-E801-49C9-A68E-E8E1D887E6A7}

gives me the message "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

3. If I can't remove is there a way to hide it ?

Thanks

SB is just a part of Plesk for site edition and there is only one licensing for SB - enabled or disabled SB in Plesk license. There is no sites limitation for SB now.
If you find SB msi file in temp Plesk download folder you can remove it with "msiexec /x" command.
