• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Re-connect my IMAP folders

How could i connect my mail server by IMAP when the e-mail are inaccessible at my Outlook.
And only can be viewed by Horde.

Last week do i have some problems to access these IMAP and POP folders.

Any suggestions are welcome.

UPDATE 29/7/2012: This happens when i activate the PCI Compliance also.

Outlook requires port 110 (POP service to be running). While IMAP just requires the IMAP service on port 143 to be running.

Thus its possible to use IMAP while POP is down.

No, my ports are all fine and ready to receive and send the data.

I using Postfix.

I'll have some ideas about the Courier-IMAP software that causing some problems by the preferences as the settings are changed for the PCI compliant.
All other programs are shut off of the connection to the mail server as i speak.
