reinstall control panel

AlanH06

New Pleskian
Hello,

Recently I had to repair my container and lost access to my plesk control panel through power panel. The repair failed, so I had to reinstall the container and restore the domain info through /old .
All my websites are going again, but I still have no access route to the plesk control panel. I can't get to old backups and still have to complete /repair.
also login through :8443/login.php3 is not possible.

ERROR: Service_Agent_Exception
Up Level
Unable to read components configuration from the service node: packagemng: execve failed for /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng: Permission denied

System error 13: Permission denied.

Can I reinstall the control panel without losing the domain information and having to reinstall a new container and set up everything again?

Thank you igor.

Make sure that the following files have the proper permissions and owners:
# ls -al $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/*wrapper
---s--x--- 1 root psaadm 13120 Jun 13 21:51 ./admin/sbin/mod_wrapper
---s--x--- 1 root psaadm 13632 Jun 13 21:51 ./admin/sbin/wrapper

I had seen that link 1528. but I no longer have a file ./admin/../ in $PRODUCT_ROOT ! That is why I will have to re install Plesk Control Panel.

Hello Igor,

I suspect it brings the solution nearer. Do you tell me to copy that information to 'proot'? And would things then be restored?

[root@vps-66227-1392 ~]# ls -al /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng
-rwxr-x--- 1 root root 86064 Mar 5 13:24 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng

Once again, did you try Resolution from mentioned KB article? Any results?

[root@vps-66227-1392 ~]# ls -al $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/*wrapper
ls: cannot access /admin/sbin/*wrapper: No such file or directory
