  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Removing template categories

eastcoast

Basic Pleskian
How do I remove categories from the drop down menu on the Design page. Even if I remove all the templates of a certain category and set up a plan without certain categories, all the categories appear in the drop down menu. This is confusing to customers.

In current version there is no way to manage template's categories through Sitebuilder panel. Yon can do it only directly on the server in Mysql database. For this you need to log into Mysql as administrator and work with 'sitebuilder3.template_category' table.
As I know such functionality as managing categories for templates is planned to release in future Sitebuilder versions.
