  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,
Couple of days ago, websites on the server went ofline. When we checked for the problem, it appeared that my subscription was expired. However, when we checked license management and clicked on retrieve keys, there wasnt any problem with expiration date(expiration date was set for 20 april 2015).

Then we went ahead and on subscription page, clicked on the domains that went ofline and clicked on More action menu and activate.
Problem solved. but just for a day. We have received a 1 day grace period and next day at the same time, same problem happened again.
This continued for 3 days now.
We couldnt find a solution any help is welcome.
