For customers anyway.
For example, a customer has subscribed to a plan and wants to manage his DNS via API.
It's possible?

Not really. The REST API is intended for administrators and allows for access to all domains and assets. There is no option to limit the REST API to only manage assets from certain customers.

Allow REST API for Reseller and Subscriber

Currently only the Plesk administrator can use REST API. Suggestion is to allow also reseller and customer use REST API as it's done for XML API
