  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Restore Incremental Backup

Hello

My dedicated server has burned (OVH SGB2 incident).
I ordered a new one.

Both have Plesk Obsidian 18

I use Plesk Backup manager with OVH's Storage Backup in Incremental mode.

My last full backup was on 2020-11-11.

I successfully restored this one.

But I can't restore any incremental backup (the last one is on 2021-03-09 so it can be perfect).

When I click on a incremental backup I have this error :

Error: Failed to open the dump backup_**************.com_2103090708.tar: Import error: Unable to find archive metadata. The archive is not valid Plesk backup or has been created in an unsupported Plesk version
How can I restore my last versions of my backup (this one) ??
