  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Restore Plesk from HDD when OS is broken

CraigD

New Pleskian
Is there an equivalent guide like this http://kb.odin.com/en/3072 for windows on how to restore Plesk from the hard disk drive in case if the Operating System is broken and the HDD with old OS and Plesk is mounted in the new system?

We haven't equivalent guide for Windows. The problem in that there are a lot of Plesk settings in Windows registry and if Windows is broken - it is very difficult to extract these settings and move them to new Windows.
