• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue root access key lost v17.5.3 => 17.8.11 !

FAPM

Basic Pleskian
Hi all,

We use ssh root access via key.

Following the update v17.5.3 => 17.8.11 on centos, I lost ssh root access via public/private key.

It's really problematic .............

See even catastrophic.

Well it depends on your hoster but most of them grant you remote access to the system like ssh serial console, kvm console, remote-console, vnc ...... try to figgure out if your hoster allow this and log into your system and fix the key issue

Take into consider to tell the community which OS you have, perhaps someone has another Idea.
I assume you allready checked the firewall that ssh access is allowed. How it looks like when you try to connect to your system is something in your terminal window like a connection/error message?, maybe a screenshot would be helpfull

see if you face the issue described here Resolved - ssh login issue with ssh-banner after centos 7.5 upgrade
