Question Roundcube - How to access it via IPv4 and IPv6

Hi!
I have two Plesk servers. One for hosting and one for mailing incl. webmail. On the hosting server I can apply the IPv4 and IPv6 to the domain. This works great. But I wasn't able to find the same setting for Roundcube (webmail). Is this possible? At the moment webmail is only accessible via IPv4.
