  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Route 53 - Same Domain, different owner/server setup

New Pleskian
Hi folks, I got a question about Route 53 extension. I've checked previous topics about Route 53 but couldn't find the similar problem on the forum.

Let's assume I have two different server Plesk server and using Route 53 for the DNS.

(Jane Doe) Client 1 => hosted in Server A
(John Doe) Client 2 => hosted in Server B.

Jane is adding example.org as own domain, and then John adding example.org as well.

So here is the problem; when John reset DNS records I can see server B's IP address on the DNS records, the same thing happening when Jane changes DNS settings as well.

I'm not sure, but this behavior might prevent with multi-server extension. Any ideas?

Thanks.
