RPC API and clients' databases

Hello,
I am using Plesk 8 for Linux. Does anybody know if there is a way to manage clients' databases through the RPC API? Viewing .xsd files I've found out that it is possible to manage database servers. But how to get, for example, the list of databases for a particular db server?
