• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

safely deleting files

New Pleskian
Hello, I am using Plesk 9.5.2 running on OpenSuse 10.3 and trying to free up disk space. I have noticed the following directories are the top disk hogs and wondered if I can delete these files.

It appears to be old data from when we migrated from Ensim to Plesk back in October of 2008.
The directory is: /usr/local/psa/PMM/var/alldomains/archives

Inside the archives directory it shows all domains as well as what appears to be user mail accounts as well as: .mdir, _mbox, docroot, cgi, anon_ftp.

Can these files all be removed from the archives folder or are they required to function properly? Please let me know if they can be deleted, and if so, how do I go about doing so.

I do not want to break anything.

Thank you-

I think it can be removed safely. Or move it on other disk just in case.
