• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Do you have any related error messages in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log ?

No, no related error messages.

My sw-cp-server Listen on Port 443. Can this be the problem?

Note: The control panel must be available at the port 443.

I am seeing the same thing. Creating sites and saving settings takes a very long time. Also, logging into ftp takes quite a bit longer as well.
I only have a couple test sites right now.

Was there ever any resolution to this thread?

Yes I am using 12.0.8 . I am just testing at this point, but the slowness has me concerned.

I also just restarted the server from within the panel and now all I get is a 502 nginx error page?

UPDATE: Rebooting server instance brought everything back.

There are a lot of KB articles regarding "502 nginx error". Just try to use KB search. A lot of different reasons of this error and it is very difficult suggest something without deep investigation directly on your server. Support is much more effective with resolving these complex issues. Much more than forum discussions.
