• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Scheduled Backup stopped working

Hello,

on one of our Plesk-Servers (Plesk 12.0.18 Update 34 on Debian 7.6) the scheduled backup stopped working. Scheduled Backup is active in Backup-Manager, but it's not executed.

I searched the forums, but didn't found anything.

Any hint on this?

Any details, logs, error messages, results of troubleshooting, etc?
 
Sorry, there are no error messages. The Backup stopped working on February 08, in /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs is no new backup directory for newer backup tasks. Last one is from 02/08/2015. I've checked both files in the directory - no error messages, everything seems ok.

It is a global Backup with ~22GB on a FTP-Repository with 500GB Space, when i start it manually, everything works fine. Only the Scheduled Backups don't run.

I've checked http://kb.odin.com/en/122163, i also checked http://kb.odin.com/en/111283 for error messages.

New Backup Tasks for Customers or Resellers working for 1 day (the first time), then also stop working.

Maybe you can give me some hint?
