Scheduled backups not working

jorfermo

Regular Pleskian
Im having problems with scheduled backups.

They just dont work. After some seconds the task stops and there is no backup file.

It works when you run it manually.

This is the config file:
-----------------------------------------------------
<backup-config version="1.0">
<settings descriptions="Plesk Backup config for scheduler" batch-mode="true" stop-cp="false" stop-domains="false" dump-sinfo="true" file-name="E:\psa-8.2-BENABLO.psa" save-on-local-drive="true" override-file="false" dump-db="false" dump-mssql-script="true">
<notification to-email="plesk@upv.es" from-email="autobackup@benablo.upvnet.upv.es" subject="The Plesk Auto Backup notification" />
<exclusions>
<directories>
<directory>E:\vhosts</directory>
</directories>
</exclusions>
</settings>
</backup-config>
-----------------------------------------------------

This what appears on the log:
-----------------------------------------------------
Start new dump:
File: psa-8.2-BENABLO.psa

Hi Sergius.

Thanks for the answer.

Instead of upgrading those 2 files i upgraded to 8.3. It solved the issue.

Thanks again.
