Issue Scheduled Tasks Run Failed

all task run failed with this error :

Task "http://anysite.x" completed with error in 1 seconds, output:

AuthorizationManager check failed.

+ CategoryInfo : SecurityError: ) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException

+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess



i use plesk for windows
how to resolve this problem ?

i changed windows administrator password after install plesk . can it make this problem ?
