  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Selecting Hard Drive to store Website data

ImanolQ

New Pleskian
Hi all,

I'm totally new to Plesk 11 and just rented a dedicated server with plesk already installed on it.

My problem is... i don't find an option to select where the websites managed with plesk will store the data.

As the HDs weren't even partitioned when plesk was installed, do i have to reinstall it to select where in the dedicated server i want plesk to store the websites or is there any way to do that as plesk is installed now?

Thanks for any help/tips in advance.

(i'm very noob to server management)

You can use Plesk reconfigurator for changing vhosts location.

Start -> All Programs -> Parallels -> Panel -> PP Reconfigurator
